Do you deliver to my area?

CarpetCarpet currently delivers to anywhere within mainland UK. If you do live in other parts of the British Isles, however, please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for orders anywhere within mainland UK is £15 per piece of carpet. We are delighted to offer FREE delivery for orders over £250.

How long will it take to delivery my order?

If the goods you order are in stock then delivery will take place within 14 working days (Monday to Fridays, excluding bank holidays). Following your order confirmation we will contact you to arrange your delivery.

How can I pay?

Online:- You can pay by Sagepay (Protx) as laid out on the website We have opted for Sage Pay to ensure security for our customers as we feel it is the safest payment option around.You ca also pay by Paypal to info@carpetcarpet.co.uk.

Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund payment to your credit card.As carpetcarpet comply with all the UK distance selling regulations you may return the carpets providing you notify us within 7 working days of your order for a credit.

Can I return goods once they have been ordered?

As carpetcarpet comply with all the UK distance selling regulations you may return the carpets providing you notify us within 7 working days of your order.If you have received the goods and wish to return them then this can be arranged provided that you pay the return shipping costs. The balance of your account minus the shipping costs will be refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition. (The return shipping costs will be the same as your original delivery charge.). The goods must not have been cut into and should be wrapped. If you wish to return a product, please inform us by email info@carpetcarpet.co.uk within 28 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot accept returns once the carpet has been cut into or used in any other way.

Do you fit carpets?

CarpetCarpet do not currently offer a fitting service, however, we are happy to offer as much assistance and advice about fitting as we can. For your convenience, we have produced a fitting guide in our advice centre and we can also help you find an approved fitter in your area.

Can you cut carpets to room sizes?

Carpets are delivered by the amount requested on your order, however, we can cut carpets down by length if you are ordering a carpet to floor multiple rooms. We are happy to offer advice on measuring your room.
